And you set the pace. With CSU's Per-Course Enrollment you are allotted ten weeks to complete each course, but you can complete a course in less time if you are able. And you choose to complete one course at a time, or complete several. The choices are yours to make.

The Fall River Firefighters ~ Local 1314 was established September 22, 1958 for the betterment of the members of the Fall River Fire Department.  It has been the mission of this Union’s leadership to, acquire and protect benefits, promote unionism amongst its members, advocate for safe working conditions and training of its members and to encourage its members to take advantage of any educational opportunity.  We are active members in the Professional Fire Fighters of Massachusetts and the International Association of Fire Fighters.

The Fall River Firefighters ~ Local 1314 are full time professional fire fighters protecting the City of Fall River, Massachusetts which has a population of Ninety-Two Thousand citizens, covering an area of 34 square miles. We are a 159 member department, manning 6 Engine Companies, 3 Ladder Trucks, a Heavy Technical Rescue Vehicle, an 18’ Rescue Boat, a Fire Investigation Bureau.

It is a commitment to service that drives the men and women of this department, who respond to more than 5,000 runs a year, to seek a higher and better education.  The Fall River Firefighters ~ Local 1314 recognize this and are pleased to have the City of Fall River approve the courses that its members enroll in at Columbia Southern University.
